Brief:

To combat market price erosion, consolidate marketing collateral and enhance brand recognition, perception and penetration.

Results:

Collectively Karbon has been able to fight off price erosion of almost 20% via the construction and delivery of a 'value added service proposition' that ensures customers are happy to pay a higher price for the level of exclusivity, customer service and marketing support they would receive.

We also evaluated the companies perception in the marketplace and re-positioned them as a premium brand and re-launched their marketing collateral and brand guidelines with the production of a new range brochure, price list, stationary set, and data information sheets. We also enforced the new colour swatch to ensure brand consistency and recognition.

These factors have now helped Protek achieve a new customer to lost customer ratio of 3:1.2 (up from 1:2.6) meaning that their are now more customers buying Protek than ever before.
