Absolute Business - CMS Website

Brief:

Karbon was given the brief of designing and creating a corporate business website for Absolute Authentic. This site would have a completely different feel to the e-commerce site, needing to be more informative and inspiring about the corporate gifts and opportunities Absolute Authentic can provide. The main design point for the site detailed in the brief was that a user should know they have come into the corporate section of the Absolute Site, as the new Microsite would be hyperlinked from the main e-commerce site.

Results:

The final design was signed off by Absolute Authentic at the first proof, with the overall design template being highly rated and including special features such as video portals. The overall feel of the site is much more professional that the e-commerce sight, generated using impressive layouts and extensively designed clickable objects. The colouration of the site is mainly black to give a more corporate “slick” feel, with red and white colouration used consistently throughout as they are through all of Absolute’s branded materials.

The site was also upgraded to include a news feed which updated daily is designed to generate more traffic to the site directly on its own merit. Content can also link to products on the e-commerce site and mention any new exclusive celebrity sports stars signing up with Absolute Authentic, helping to raise the profile of the brand on the new site. This is also achieved through a services and portfolio sections on the microsite, displaying examples of work with prestigious companies, teams and individuals. Primary outcome for the user journey on the site is to inspire contact through Absolute Authentic’s corporate consultation telephone line, which is why Karbon incorporated this and other basic contact details on every page of the site.
